former branch, at the present time already the independent subsidiary of the company Dupres Consulting, s.r.o. , entered the market with a clearly defined philosophy - to profile itself as an integrator and implementator of high-quality e-learning solutions, offering to its clients comprehensive products and services in the area of e-learning. Partnership is the basis of this philosophy, frequently proved to be right. In order to achieve, keep up and further develop high standard of our solutions, cooperation with a world-wide appreciated suppliers of top-class information technologies (first of all in the e-learning area) must be our strategic objective. Only quality and direct verification of these products by the market itself could and can bring further positive results of our efforts. Therefore at the end of the year 2002 we entered into a strategic partnership with the company NetDimensions Ltd., supplier of a high-quality and recognized learning management system (LMS) called the Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP). Thanks to our price policy, this product is also affordable for potential customers on the Central and East European markets.

The evidence of our vehement interest in bringing this massive yet cost effective product on the Slovak market is the fact that our company provides for full language localization of new versions of the EKP system into three Central European languages - Slovak, Czech and Hungarian. Besides the EKP itself and related products and services, we offer our customers turn-key development of e-learning courses, which are - thanks to full support of e-learning standards - capable of communication directly with  the NetDimensions´ LMS system or any other LMS system having built the support of e-earning standards. Of course, our solutions also include support and maintenance of products, delivery of broad spectrum of electronic courses by our local as well as foreign partners, consulting, EKP hosting, trainings, virtual classrooms, etc.).

A bit of history...


In no case our decision to enter e-learning market was made by chance. Our company was founded as a solely educational company named DUPRES, s.r.o. in 1996. Its aim was to establish an educational centre concerning with trainings, schoolings, courses and consulting services. An interesting idea and at the same time important turning point in our activities arose with the beginning of the cooperation with several Slovak universities. These universities opened their branches in the region and offered to the public complete sets of educational programmes. Our cooperation has been quickly widened and at present the Dupres partners are important Slovak universities: University of Žilina, Matej-Bel-University in Banská Bystrica, University of Trnava and University of Prešov. In 2004 joined them also some important universities from the Czech Republic. Since 1998 the company Dupres s.r.o. has started its activity in the sphere of information technologies. We contacted our first business partners and first IT specialists started to work on the IT projects abroad. The department for information technologies was growing rapidly and gradually its separation from the main company appeared to be necessary. Founded in January 2000 and dealing with the IT sphere only, the affiliated company DUPRES CONSULTING s.r.o. has been successfully advancing and quickly extending its activities. At present it can be ranked among the largest companies in the sphere of IT consulting and outsourcing in Slovakia. e-learnmedia entered the market previously as a division, but at the beginning of 2005 it became an independent subsidiary of the parent company Dupres Consulting, s.r.o.
